If you share documents, code, or files with us, you confirm you have the right to share them. We will treat project discussions as confidential in practice, and we can sign an NDA on request.

4. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all deliverables are governed by the contract or written agreement between us and the client.

5. No guarantees

We aim for high quality and reliability, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or error-free operation of any third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment providers, app stores).
